Terms & Studio Policies
Please read carefully before booking. These policies are designed to protect both the artist and the client and to ensure the best experience possible at IBROW SPACE.
Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked online through Vagaro – our official booking system. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the final balance.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked service.
This policy ensures that appointment slots are respected and fairly allocated.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeit of the deposit.

No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service cost.

If you’re facing emergency circumstances, please notify us by email or phone as soon as possible.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. This ensures we can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each client.
Touch-Up Policy
A touch-up session is recommended between 6 to 10 weeks after your initial procedure. Touch-up fees are not included in the initial service cost unless explicitly stated.

If booked after 10 weeks, the appointment may be considered a color boost and charged accordingly.
Results & Expectations
PMU results vary depending on individual skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and other factors. While I strive for precision and satisfaction, results cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be issued.
Emergency Removal Policy
In rare and exceptional cases, if a client is truly unhappy with their results, even after a thorough consultation and mutual agreement on the technique, we offer one complimentary emergency saline removal session under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 48 hours of your PMU procedure.

The emergency removal must be scheduled and performed within 72 hours of the procedure.

Removal is subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Important note: This is not a “trial period” policy and is only available in extreme cases. It is not meant to be used as a fallback for indecision.

The procedure cost remains non-refundable even if emergency removal is requested.

This policy is in place to support client comfort while preserving studio professionalism and boundaries.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Has unrealistic expectations

Disregards professional advice
-
Displays confrontational or disrespectful behavior

Books without reviewing my portfolio or studio policies
This ensures a respectful and professional environment for everyone.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Read and agree to all terms and policies before booking

Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided

Arrive on time and prepared for the appointment

Communicate openly during consultations
Health & Safety Disclaimer
PMU services cannot be performed on individuals who:

Are pregnant or nursing

Take blood thinners or certain medications
-
Are healing from recent skin treatments
Please disclose any medical conditions or medications prior to your appointment. If in doubt, consult your physician.
